Your online order is 100% secure and guaranteed. If you ordered jewelry that is damaged when you receive it, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your merchandise. Packages returned COD will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the unaltered merchandise with all of its original package, SilverSchells will issue a credit, exchange or refund for the value of the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable for packages that you ship to us that are not insured! Please send your purchase back to us in it original packaging and we will give you an exchange or a full refund. (less shipping) Any custom-made jewelry is not returnable for refund (unless it arrives damaged).

Be aware that due to variations in monitors and how different browsers and systems handle data, the color of a piece can only be approximated. As all our jewelry items are handcrafted, no two items are exactly the same.
